The Castro Valley Soccer Club (CVSC) is an affiliated club of the California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA). All members of the Castro Valley Soccer Club shall abide by the Constitution, By-Laws, Procedures and Rules of CYSA. Refer to the CYSA Team Manual for copies of these documents.
CVSC and its Board of Directors are the governing bodies on all matters pertaining to the conduct of the youth soccer program. Registration is open to all youth, ages 4 to 18, in and around the Castro Valley area. The Club’s official colors are green, gold, white and black.
CVSC’s season begins on the 1st Saturday after Labor Day in September and continues for the next 9 or 10 weekends. All divisions play games on Saturday and some divisions may also play games on Sunday due to limited field availability.
CVSC offers several levels of youth soccer as follows:
- TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) for special needs athletes
- Recreational Soccer
- Competitive Soccer
CVSC is always looking for additional help from its membership in order to provide a better place for our children to learn about and play the game of soccer. If you or someone you know is interested in serving on a committee or volunteering to assist the Club in some other fashion, please let us know by contacting either a Board Member or the Club office.
